Our staple class! Fun and challenging outdoor workout experience. Full body functional workout on farmhouse obstacles, track, tires, and 'The Hill'. Body weight exercises combined with fun partner drills included.

50 minutes. Suitable for all levels.


Yoga

Tues and Thurs: 7:00 PM

A variety of disciplines used to stretch, strengthen, and align the body.  Focus on alignment and self love will get you feeling better than ever.  

50 minutes. Suitable for all levels.


Advanced Yoga

Friday 1:00 PM

Taking yoga to the next level..  more difficult postures at a faster pace.  It's recommended that you have a strong yoga practice before attending.

120 minutes. Previous experience required. 


We'll take a hike and stretch it out. Be sure to bring a mat strap so you can sling your mat over your shoulder as we make our way to the Gunpowder. Wear shoes suitable for slightly rocky terrain that will take you on the 1 mile walk on the 'Ma and Pa' trail.  We'll have a 30 minute yoga and meditation at the water's edge.

90 minutes. Suitable for all levels. Dogs welcome.
