Our staple class! Fun and challenging outdoor workout experience. Full body functional workout on farmhouse obstacles, track, tires, The Hill, body weight exercises, and partner drills included. This class will push you to try harder and do more. …oh, and be prepared to get a little dirty.

where your mind goes, your body will follow

A variety of disciplines used to stretch, strengthen, and align the body.  Focus on alignment and self love will have you feeling better than ever.

Advanced Yoga

Friday 2:00 PM

Take your practice to the next level..  more difficult postures at a faster pace.  We recommended you have a strong yoga practice before attending this class.

120 minutes. Previous experience required. 

Yoga Hike

Saturday 11:00 AM      

Take a hike and stretch it out! Bring your mat and a strap so you can sling your mat over your shoulder as we make our way to the Gunpowder. Wear shoes suitable for slightly rocky terrain. We’ll take you on a 1-mile walk on the 'Ma and Pa' trail, then have a 30 minute yoga and meditation at the water's edge.

90 minutes. Suitable for all levels. Dogs and children welcome.
